Victor is an experienced associate at the firm serving clients primarily in the areas of family law, municipal law, civil litigation, and estate planning.
Victor was born in Pittsburgh, PA, but his parents moved the family to Lancaster County shortly thereafter. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2009 before following in his uncle’s footsteps and attending Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law, graduating in 2014.
During law school, Victor worked diligently to focus on his academics and that was reflected by his inclusion on the Dean’s List. During his 3rd Year of law school, Victor was elected by his peers to be the vice president of the ONU Student Bar Association.
When Victor is not working, he enjoys spending time with family. He has a twin brother who lives in Pennsylvania, an older brother in California, with plenty of nephews and nieces to keep him busy. He is also an active member of the Lancaster County Bar Association and Lancaster Rotary Club. He served as Chair for the LBA Family Law Committee from 2024-2025 and he is the Chair for the Events Committee in the Lancaster Rotary Club. Victor enjoys developing relationships within the community in hopes that he can have a positive impact on those around him.
