SUSAN P. PEIPHER, Partner
Susan P. Peipher is a Partner of the firm, serving clients in the Civil Litigation and Municipal Law practice groups. Susan has long served municipalities, authorities and zoning boards as solicitor, counseling government entities on daily operations in an efficient and effective manner. In her litigation practice, Susan brings a successful record for her clients in achieving resolutions for legal matters through the process leading to potential trials.
Susan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, going on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. An author of various industry publications, Susan has been called on to present and share her expertise with local organizations and audiences.
Susan has demonstrated a commitment to community involvement. She currently serves on the board of directors of CASA of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. She previously served on the boards of YWCA Lancaster and Power Packs Project, including serving as Board President for both organizations. Susan is an alumna of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2012.
Susan is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Solicitors, and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association.
