We are proud to announce that Amber M. Paulino has joined Appel Yost LLP as an Associate.

Amber M. Paulino will be serving clients in the Municipal Law and Civil & Commercial Litigation practice groups. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in History with a minor in Political Science from the University of South Florida. She also earned a certification, summa cum laude, in Paralegal Studies from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., while working in the U.S. House of Representatives. Amber earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law along with a certificate in Federal Regulatory and Legislative Practice.

During law school, Amber was active in student organizations, including the Latinx Law Students Association, the Student Bar Association, and the American Constitutional Society. She gained experience as a Legal Fellow in the House of Representatives, a Law Clerk in the U.S. Senate, and an intern with the Pennsylvania State Senate. Amber previously served as the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the Women, Infants, and Children’s (WIC) Program at the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Amber is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
